摘要
通过断口的宏观和微观分析及金相检验,对两起激光熔覆修复的GH864合金烟气轮机动叶片的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,两起事故都是由叶片激光熔覆层中缺陷引起的疲劳断裂,同时还分析了过渡区附近的沿晶裂纹产生原因,并提出了一些建议。
The reasons for two failure cases of flue gas turbine rotating blades repaired GH864 by laser cladding were in- vestigated by analyzing fracture macro-morphology, micro-morphology and microstructure. The results show that failures of the two pieces of blades both are caused by flaws in laser cladding layers and belong to fatigue fracture. The intergranular cracks found in transition zone were also analyzed and some advices were put forward.
