本文分析了20mm焊管机组PC控制飞锯存在的问题，提出了改造的方案。设备改造后，消除了存在的缺陷，达到了预期的目的。

The present paper approaches the problems associated with the flying saw machine controlled by PC in a 20mm tube welding unit, and puts forward a technical modification scheme for it. With the modification, the problems are solved and the expected object is attained.
