冲击活塞是液压破碎锤中冲击做功的关键零件,也是最主要的易损件。其设计制造的好坏直接影响到液压冲击器的性能。本文介绍了冲击活塞的工作条件及失效形式,冲击活塞损坏的原因,制造冲击活塞的材料和制造冲击活塞的工艺。
Piston is the key part of hydraulic impact machine and easy to be worn. The design and manufacture process of the piston are important to the performance of hydraulic impact machine. The working conditions, types of failures, causes of the damage of the piston, and the material and manufacture process of the piston were discussed.
