摘要
对可控气氛箱式渗氮(氮碳共渗)炉自动生产线设计需要注意的问题进行了分析说明,对生产线的组成、箱式渗氮炉结构、供气系统、温度和氮势控制、安全和环境保护、清洗、预氧化等的设计作了说明,并介绍了其在生产应用中的实例。
Some problems need to pay attention in designing controllable atmosphere nitriding (nitrocarburizing) furnaces were addressed. The chamber nitriding furnace construction, gas-supply system, temperature and nitrogen potential control, safety and environment protection ,washing, pre-oxidation, and so on ,were instructed with practical cases.
