Marlborough
The Marlborough region, the largestproducer of wine in New Zealand, has 40 wineries, nearly 300 vineyards and over 4,000 hectares of horticultural soil. Marlborough produces arguably the best Sauvignon Blanc in the world, as well as top-notch Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir and Carbernet Sauvignon. In little over 20 years Marlborough has earned a global reputation for excellence.
