摘要
研究了水轮机主轴主要用钢20SiMn的动态再结晶行为和模型,通过高温热力学模拟实验得到了20SiMn钢在大型锻造件生产条件下的流动应力曲线,研究了20SiMn钢满足动态再结晶细化晶粒要求的合理锻造工艺区间。通过对实验数据进行拟合回归分析,建立了20SiMn钢的动态再结晶模型,并提出了基于金属材料流动应力曲线的动态再结晶体积比例测量方法。对比实验结果表明,所建立的模型和实验实测结果吻合较好,验证了所建立模型和提出方法的正确性。
Based on the thermodynamics research, the flow stress curves of 20SiMn under the common production condition of heavy forging was investigated herein, and the optimized range of forging parameters was suggested with the order of refining the grains by dynamic recrystallization. Also,by nonlinear curve fitting and regression on the experimental data,the dynamic recrystallization model of 20SiMn was established. Finally, a method for measuring the volume fraction of dynamic recrystallization based on the flow stress curve in metallic material was proposed. Further experiments have showed the validity of the model and the measuring method.
