RESEARCH ON HEAT BALANCE OF METALLO THERMIC REDUCING SMELTING BY OUTSIDE FURNACE PROCESS AND PRACTICE AT SMELTING FERRO MOLYBDENUM

通过对炉外法冶炼热平衡计算传统方法的质疑，探讨了运用自由焓函数法分析冶炼自热的条件及为此建立平衡计算的新方法，并以钼铁冶炼的配料实践说明了新方法对热平衡和物料平衡计算的统一性和实用性。

The conditions of smelting self heating were analyzed using the method of free function of heat energy and the new method for balance calculation was established by questioning the traditional method of the heat balance calculation for the outside furnace process.The unity and practicality of the new method of the calculation for the heat balance and material balance were explained by the practice of ferro molybdenum compounding.
