单一重选法选别湖北绢云母的技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 以湖北地区绢云母矿石为对象,采用原矿破碎-捣浆-分散-分级工艺流程,实现绢云母与石英的分离。考察了解离、分散和分级等条件对单一重选法分选绢云母的影响,其中采用水力旋流器作为分级设备进行开路流程获得的绢云母精矿,含K2O 9.28%,K2O回收率61.23%,实现了绢云母的选矿富集。对绢云母矿石选别精矿和尾矿,分别作XRD组分分析、化学元素分析和SEM外观观察。结果表明,单一重选法实现了绢云母和石英的有效分离。 With sericite ore produced in hubei province as the object, the separation of sericite from quartz can be realized using a technique flowsheet that raw ore crushing stirring dispersion-classification. The influence of some conditions such as liberation, dispersion and classification on processing sericite through single gravity concentration method was reviewed, the grade of the concentrate obtained by the open-circuit flowsheet using hydrocyclone as classification equipment is K2O 9.28%, and the recovery of K2O is 61.23%. So the enrichment of sericite has been realized. XRD analyse, chemical element analyse and SEM observing to the concentrate and tailings obtained by processing sericite were carried out. The results show that a effective separation between sericite and quartz has been realized by single gravity concentration method.
