摘要
本文对内蒙古某地低品位萤石矿进行了可选性工艺研究,在碱性介质精选的工艺制度下,采用组合的HS和改性水玻璃抑制剂,通过"一粗一扫三精"的单一浮选流程,得到萤石精矿品位为96.79%,回收率为82.82%,产品达到国家质量标准(G85690—85)一级品。
In this paper, An investigation was made of the floatability and process flowsheet of a certain fluorite ore in Neimenggu. A fluorite concentrate grading of 96.79% CaF2 and a recovery of 82.82% were obtained by processing using a single flotation flowsheet consisting of one roughing, one scavenging an d three cleanings in alkali medium with combining depressor of HS and modifier NaSiO3 under cleaning conditions. The fluorite concentrate came up to the national quality standards of Class Ⅰ products.
