摘要 熔模精密铸造技术具有生产形状复杂铸件的优势,但是生产中如果工艺设置不当,产品中容易产生浇不足、卷气、缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷。运用ProCAST铸造模拟软件对所试制的产品进行流场和温度场分析,基于分析的结果预测铸件中存在缺陷的种类、位置和大小,结论与试验结果相吻合。通过对精铸工艺的优化,成功避免产品缺陷,获得满意的铸件。 The advantage of investment casting is to manufacture those castings with complicated shape, but some defects such as misrun, air entrapment, shrinkage cavity and porosity in steel castings are often caused by inappropriate setting of casting process parameters. The flow and temperature fields of trial-produced castings were analyzed by using of ProCAST software, and based on the results from numerical simulation, the type and position as well as size of defects in castings were predicted which showed a good agreement with the experimental results. Therefore, the defects could be eliminated successfully by optimizing the process parameters, and the satisfied castings were obtained.
