灰铸铁主要元素变量三角试片白口宽度与抗拉强度数学模型的研究 被引量:3

摘要 在进行灰铸铁铸造生产时,通过不断采集同一浇包中铁液所浇注的三角试片白口宽度、主要化学成分及所浇注试棒的抗拉强度,在大量试验数据的基础上,逐渐摸索出三角试片白口的宽度和C、Si、Mn含量与其抗拉强度内在数量关系,用数学归纳法得出一个灰铸铁的主要元素C、Si、Mn三因素变量与三角试片白口宽度和抗拉强度的一次回归方程。借助回归方程能迅速地预测强度,指导配料,最大限度的降低铸件的成本。 During the production of grey iron width of the wedge specimen, main chemica castings, data were continuously collected on the chill composition and tensile strength of the test bar, which were poured by the liquid iron from the same ladle. On the basis of a great deal of experimental data, the inherent quantitative relationship among the chill width of the wedge specimen, the three main chemical elements C, Si, Mn content and the tensile strength was groped, and the one regression equation was derived using mathematical induction. The regression equation can be used to predict the strength of the casting quickly, therefore to guide the charging and reduce the casting cost to the lowest.
