工频有芯铸铁保温炉炉衬损毁原因分析及改进

Analysis of Reasons for Furnace Lining Damage in Main Frequency Cored Cast Iron Holding Furnace and Its Improvement

摘要 对工频有芯铸铁保温炉炉衬的使用条件、损毁原因及存在问题进行了分析。提出了改进炉衬的措施:降低水泥用量,改变颗粒级配,改进浇注料基质,使用活性氧化铝粉和高效减水剂。通过改进,新炉衬使球铁炉和灰铁炉的使用寿命提高1个月以上,通铁量提高8%~10%。 The serving condition, damage reasons and some existing problems of the lining in the cored-main frequency furnace are analyzed, and improving measures are put forward such as reducing cement dosages, changing particle size gradation, improving the castable base, using active alumina powder and the high-efficiency water-reducing agent etc. Results are that the service life of the new lining is increased by more than one month and the iron exchanging amounts by 8%-10% compared with one before the improvement.
