竖井钻机柔性变径接头的结构与设计

Design and Structure of a Flexible and Variable Diameter Coupling for a Shaft Drill-Rig

摘要 通过对工程钻机、竖井钻机钻头的受力分析,介绍了钻机钻具系统受到的附加弯矩,并对传统刚性变径接头的结构及受力进行分析,找出了其经常损坏的原因。介绍了一种获得国家实用新型专利的柔性变径接头,通过对其结构及工作原理的分析,介绍了该柔性变径接头的优点。 The additional bending-moment of the drilling-tool system of a drilling machine is introduced through analyzing the stress of the bits of an engineering drill and vertical shaft drill. The easy-to-damage cause of the traditional rigid diameter-variable coupling is found out by analyzing its structure and the stress. A flexible and dia-variable coupling patented for utility model bY the state is introduced. And the advantages of this new coupling are appeared through explaining the structure and working principle.
