摘要
研究了煤矿用连接环技术性能要求及其失效形式,系统地试验研究了连接环用铜20MnVB 亚温淬火工艺,分析比较了二相区加热温度、加热时间、回火温度变化及不同加热速度下对复合组织及形态的影响,确定了连接环亚温淬火的最佳工艺。试验研究中发现预拉强化也是提高连接环疲劳寿命的最有效手段,试验研究了预拉强化对连接环静拉伸性能和疲劳寿命的影响,还比较分析了预拉力的大小、预拉时间的长短,找出了最佳的预拉强化工艺。
The technical requirements and its failure modes of connecting rings used in mine are researched in this paper. Based on systematic tests, the subcritical-temperature quenching process of steel 20Mn VB used for the connector making is studied,The influence on the microstructure and morphology of varying heating temperature, heating time, tempering temperature and heating rate all in two-phase area are analyzed and compared. The optimum process of subthermal quenching for connectors is determined. It is found that tensile strengthening in advance is an effective method to increase the fatigue life of connectors. The effects of the pre-tensile strengthening on static tensile properties and the fatigue life of connector units are researched. The magnitude of pre-tensile force and persisting time are analyzed in order to find out the optimum process of pre-tension strengthening
