There is a phenomenon of the hanging-chair swinging excessively for the passenger-carried telpher in the course of debugging and employing. Even it can cause accidents of passenger falling. Combining with the actual situations, it is synthetically investigated the causes of excessive swing and some solutions to this problem are put forward.
