摘要
分析了影响球磨机破碎力的因素和球在磨机中的运行状态,针对有螺栓衬板磨机的运行缺陷,结合其它磨机衬板无螺栓化改进的经验,对φ2.2m×13m 管磨的衬板结构改进和实施方案进行分析。
The factors effecting upon the crushing force of a ball mill, and the running state of balls inside the mill are analyzed. Aimed at the performance defect of the mill with bolted lining plates and combined with the experiences of boltless lining improvement of other mills, the improvement and implementation scheme of the lining board structure of Ф2.2m×13m tube mill are analyzed.
