摘要
通过自制的冲击腐蚀磨损试验机,分别在阴极保护和无阴极保护条件下,研究了高锰钢在锡矿浆料中腐蚀磨损行为。结果表明,无阴极保护条件下高锰钢的腐蚀磨损率随冲击功的增大而增大,但阴极保护下的腐蚀磨损率先增加后减小,在冲击功为3J 时最大。无阴极保护的腐蚀磨损率始终高于有阴极保护的,阴极保护能有效抑制高锰钢在锡矿浆中的腐蚀及腐蚀磨损交互作用。
The corrosive wear behaviors of the high manganese steel in tin pulp are studied separately with cathodic protection and without cathodic protection by using a self-made impact corrosive-wear tester. The results show that the corrosive-wear rate increases with the impact energy increasing on this condition of no cathodic protection, whenas it increases firstly and then decreases on that condition of cathodic protection, during which it reaches its maximum when the impact energy is at 3J. The corrosive wear rate without cathodic protection is always higher than that with it. The athodic protection can effectively reduce the corrosion and corrosion-wear interaction of high manganese steel in tin pulp.
