摘要
硅锰含量对10CrSiNiCu钢低温韧性的影响的研究结果表明:通过降硅增锰,钢的强度略有增加,低温韧性大幅度提高,韧脆转折温度降低约50℃,裂纹扩展功显著提高,晶粒细化和硅的有害作用减弱是韧性提高的主要原因。
The studied results about the effect of Si, Mn content on low-temperature toughness of steel10CrSiNiCu indicate that with appropriate decreasing Si content and increasing Mn content in steel, thestrength of steel increases slightly, but the low-temperature toughness of steel improves markedly, i. e. the50% FATT decreases about 50℃ and the crack propagation energy increases obviously. The low-temperaturetoughness increase observed in the steel 10CrSiNiCu tested is attributed to refining of grain and decreasing ofadverse effect of silicon.
