Under the current situation that graduates soaring up and the contradiction between social needs of talents and employment concept of graduates, employment direction in universities tends to be a key channel in solving various contradictions, brought by graduates＇ employment. During this process, staffs, engaging in the employment direction, become key roles. Therefore, the specialization level of employment direction staffs in universities will influence the whole process of direction. The introduction of career development concept provides a theory support in building specialization system of employment direction staffs in universities.
