摘要
目的用反相高效液相色谱梯度洗脱法测定玄麦甘桔颗粒中哈巴俄苷与肉桂酸的含量。方法GraceSmart-RP18柱,乙腈-体积分数2%醋酸溶液二元梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长278 nm,柱温为室温。结果哈巴俄苷的平均回收率为100.4%,方法精密度RSD为1.27%(n=6);肉桂酸的平均回收率为97.2%,方法精密度RSD为2.36%(n=6)。结论所建方法可用于玄麦甘桔颗粒中哈巴俄苷与肉桂酸的含量测定。
Objective To establish a new method for analyzing the contents of harpagoside and cinnamic acid in Xuanmaiganjie granula. Methods Samples were analyzed on a Grace Smart -RP18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- 2% HAc under gradient elution during 0 -20 min(28→39:72→61 ). The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 and the detection wavelength 278 nm. Results The average recoveries for harpagosicle and cinnamic acid were 100.4% and 97.2% with RSD 1.27% and 2.36% (n = 6 ), respectively. Conclusion The method can be used for the quantitative analysis of harpagoside and cinnamic acid in Xuanmaiganjie granula.
