摘要 目的研究湖南产杨梅Myrica rubra(Lour.)Sieb.etZucc.树皮中二芳基庚烷类化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离并鉴定了5个二芳基庚烷类化合物,分别为:myricanol(1)、11-O-methoxymyricanol(2)、5-deoxymyricanone(3)、myricanone(4)和12-hydroxymyricanone(5)。结论化合物2、5为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective To investigate the diarylheptanoid constituents in the bark of Myrica rubra ( Lour. ) Sieb. et Zucc collected in Hunan Province. Methods Silica gel column chromatography was used to separate and purify the chemical constituents. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Five diarylheptanoids were isolated from the bark of Myrica rubra and identified as myricanol ( 1 ), 11-O-methoxymyricanol ( 2 ), 5-deoxymyficanone ( 3 ), myficanone ( 4 ) and 12- hydroxymyricanone (5). Conclusion Compounds 2, 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
