摘要
目的观察合成的4-苯基卤代黄皮酰胺衍生物对四氯化碳(CCl4)和D-半乳糖(D-gal)致小鼠急性肝损伤的影响。方法4-苯基卤代黄皮酰胺衍生物预防给药后观察其对CCl4和D-gal致急性肝损伤小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平的影响。结果4-苯基卤代黄皮酰胺衍生物可降低急性肝损伤小鼠血清ALT、TBIL、AST、ALP,还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量升高。结论4-苯基卤代黄皮酰胺衍生物对CCl4和D-Gal所致小鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of clausenamide derivative on carbon tetrachloride (CCl4 ) and D-galactosamine (D-gal) induced acute liver injury in mice. Methods The mice were pre-treatment with clausenamide derivative prior to the administration of CCl4 and D-gal, and the changes of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total bilirubin (TBIL) , alkaline phosphatase (ALP)and glutathione (GSH) in these mice were examined respectively. Results Clausenamide derivative significantly reduced CCl4 and D-gal inducing acute hepatic injury by decreasing ALT, AST, TBIL and ALP in serum; and GSH levels in test group were higher. Conclusion Clausenamide derivative had good protective effects on acute hepatic injury in mice.
