摘要
在碱性条件下,头孢吡肟和头孢克肟能被NBS(N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺)氧化,其能量可激发共存的荧光素而产生化学发光,发光强度与头孢吡肟和头孢克肟的浓度在一定范围内呈良好的线性关系,基于此,结合流动注射技术,建立了一种直接测定头孢吡肟和头孢克肟的化学发光新方法.该方法灵敏度高,重现性好.对头孢吡肟的检出限为5.7 g/L(IUPAC),线性范围为0.01-10 mg/L,RSD为2.5%(5.0 mg/L,n=11).对头孢克肟的检出限为0.048 mg/L(IUPAC),线性范围为0.08-5.0 mg/L,RSD为2.9%(0.5 mg/L,n=11).该方法已成功用于盐酸头孢吡肟粉针和头孢克肟胶囊含量的测定.
A novel flow injection chemiluminescence (FI-CL) system for determination of cefepime hydrochloride and cefixime is presented in this paper. It is based on the chemiluminescence produced during the oxidation of cefepime hydrochloride or cefixime by N-bromosuccinimide(NBS) in alkaline medium in the presence of fluorescein as energy transfer. The proposed method is very sensitive, simple and quick. The reproducibility is good. For cefepime hydrochloride, the linear tangs is 0. 01-10 mg/L, the detection limit is 5. 7 g/L and the relative standard deviation is 2.5% ( n = 11, c = 5 mg/L). For cefixime, the linear rangs is O. 08-5 mg/L, the detection limit is O. 048 mg/L and the relative standard deviation is 2.9% ( n = 11, c =0.5 mg/L). This method has been successfully applied to determination of the content for cefepime hydrochloride and cefixime capsules,
