摘要
通过对直接频率测量、等精度频率测量的测频误差及产生原因的分析,并根据周期性信号之间的规律性相位差变化的特性提出了一种实现高精度频率测量的具体实现方案,重点讨论了周期性信号的同步检测、高精度频率测量原理以及测量误差,对主要模块用MAX+plus II软件进行了仿真并给出了仿真波形,对测试的误差也作了一些探讨.
The measurement' s errors and their reasons in the direct frequence measurement and equal precision frequence measurement are analyzed in this paper. According to the regular phase change characteristic between the periodic signals, a concrete scheme realizing high-accuracy frequency measures has been brought forward. Tile periodic signals synchronous detection, the high-ac- curacy frequency measurement principle as well as the, measurement error are emphatically discussed. The main simulation profile has been imitated by the soft of MAX + plus II. and some discussions are made for tile error.
