摘要
研究了一种Cr-Mn-Mo-B低碳低合金贝氏体钢热变形后奥氏体的连续冷却转变,获得了试验用钢热变形后奥氏体的连续冷却转变曲线。试验结果表明,本试验用钢不发生先共析铁素体析出的临界冷却速度为0.15℃/s;冷却速度在0.15~1.00℃/s范围时可得到全部粒状贝氏体组织;随着冷却速度的降低,粒状贝氏体中的小岛尺寸增大,数目减少。
The paper deals with the continuous cooling transformation of hot deformed austenite for a Cr-Mn-Mo-B bainite HSLA steel , and the CCT diagram after hot deformation has been obtained as well. The experimental results show that the critical cooling rate of pro- eutectoid ferrite is 0. 1 5 ℃/s , and the structure of complete granular bainite can be obtained with a cooling rate from 0. 15℃ /s to 1 ℃ /s.
