The Economic Analysis of Duty Corrupt Conduct

职务舞弊行为的存在是一种全球范围内的普遍现象,有其深刻的社会经济原因。本文以"理性经济人"假设为前提,从经济学的角度分析和说明职务舞弊行为产生的内在根源:既有经济转型过程中人们道德水平与风貌的退化,又有制度缺失与实际经济运行中存在的具体问题。本文提出了预防与控制职务舞弊的基本思路。

Duties corrupt conduct is a widespread global phenomenon, which have deep roots in the socio-economic reasons. In this paper, ＂rational economic man＂ assumed to be the premise, from the point of view of economics, we analyses and explain underlying causes of duties corrupt conduct： There are both degradation of the moral standards and the style of the people during process of economic transformation, and the institutional defiency, and the actual economic issues in specific economic process. We proposed the basic ideas to prevent and control the Duties corrupt conduct.
