国有大型煤炭企业循环经济典型模式解析

Analysis on typical circulated economy mode of State-owned large coal enterprises

论文首先描述了国有大型煤炭企业发展循环经济的四种典型模式,即西山模式、同煤模式、兖矿模式和抚矿模式。从改善开采加工工艺、废物资源化综合治理、矿区生态环境修复、构建循环经济产业链和创建循环经济生态园五方面解析了诸模式的共性。并指出其特性因素,表现为开发共伴生资源,利用自身技术优势,扩张发展循环经济的主体,开发地热资源等。最后得出结论,煤炭企业发展循环经济有规律可循,但须根据自身特点构建发展模式。

The paper firstly introduced four （4） typical modes of the state - owned large coal enterprises with the circulated economy and they are the Xishan mode, Datong mode, Yanzhou mode and Fushun mode. The paper analyzed the universality of those modes from the improvement of the mining and processing technology, the comprehensive control of the waste material resources, the recovery of the ecological environment in mining area, the establishment of the circulated economic industrial chain and the creation of the circulated economic ecological park. Meantime, the paper provided the characteristic factors in order to present the development of the symbiotic resources, the utilization of its own technological advantages, the expansion and development of the circulated economic main body, and the development of the geothermal resources. The final conclusion showed that there was a rule for the circulated economic development in the coal enterprises, but the development mode of each mine shall be built base on its own characteristics.
