摘要
文章分析了摩擦提升中绳滑动与绳静、动张力的关系。通过理论分析、参数分配提出了满足系统安全可靠制动的外力制动方式,此方式不仅可以解除滑绳事故,也可以保证制动闸失灵状态下,对系统可靠制动。这套设备的研发成功,可有效控制滑绳事故的发生,为摩擦提升矿井安全高效生产提供保证。
The paper analyzed the relationship between the rope sliding and the rope static and dynamic tension in the frictional hoisting. With the theoretical analysis and the parameter distribution, the paper provided the outer force braking mode to meet the safety reliable braking of the system. The mode not only could eliminate the sliding rope accident, but also could ensure the reliable braking of the system under the condition of the brake broken down. The set equipment successfully developed could effectively control the sliding rope accident to be occurred and 'could provide to ensure the safety and high efficient production of the mine with the frictional hoisting.
