摘要
提出了跟踪运输链节的“滚动啮合自位跟踪”原理。据此原理研制了ＮＧ１─５００型运输链轴承自动注油装置，该装置是运输链带动，凸轮机构控制，不要驱动和电控制系统，结构简单灵活、经济可靠。经样机实验证明，跟踪可靠，注油准确，便于安装实施，是在线注油的好设备。
A principle of self-position meshing track for conveyer chain has been proposed. In accordance with the principle an NG1─500 type automatic oiling device for the chain bearing has been developed. This device is driven by the chain instead of a special driver , and is controlled mechanically instead of the electrical controlling system. So it is simple and economical. The on-line experiment shows that this oiling device possess high tracking and position accuracy and is easy to assemble.
