基于模糊层次分析法的代建制企业风险评价

A Risk Evaluation of the Agent Construction Company Based on FAHP

代建制企业作为政府投资项目的主要参建方,将是投资方风险转移的主要目标。文章针对政府投资项目代建制企业风险评价尚未有有效的定量方法的情况下,借鉴国内外相关研究成果,在全面识别代建制企业经营过程中风险的基础上,对其经营过程的风险因素进行分析,建立政府投资项目代建制企业风险综合评价体系。采用AHP法与三角模糊数结合的模糊层次分析法对其进行风险量化和分析,有利于代建制企业针对性地采取风险防范措施,以达到降低风险的目的。

As the main construction part, the agent construction company is the main object to whom the investment party shifts the risks. In light of the lack of valid quantitative methods in the risk evaluation of the agent construction company for government investment project, a comprehensive evaluation system of the agent construction company for government investment project is introduced in this paper, which is based on the researching findings at home and abroad and the analysis of all the risks in the operation identified. The paper applies the FAHP method combined with AHP and triangle fuzzy number to quantify and analyze the risk factors that facilitate the company to take relevant measures to reduce risks.
