摘要
[目的]分析与比较中国和日本护士工作满意度的实际状况及各自的特点。[方法]采用问卷调查法,护士工作满意度测评采用Stamps等开发的量表。[结果]中国护士认为最能影响工作满意度的是工资,而日本护士则认为人际关系是最重要因素;中日两国护士工作满意度得分均较低,分别是147.3分±33.7分和144.4分±26.0分,二者差异无统计学意义。两国护士在职业价值及护士之间的关系得分较高,工资、机构政策、工作中的自主权及业务内容得分低;医护关系得分中国护士高于日本护士,而机构政策和工作自主权中国护士得分低于日本护士;中国30岁~40岁护士工作满意度得分最低,而日本护士年龄与工作满意度无关。[结论]中日两国护士的工作满意度各有特点,但总体偏低,提示护理管理工作亟待改善。
Objective: To analyze and to compare the practical condition and their respective features of job satisfaction of nurses between in China and in Japan. Methods: Nurses were investigated on their job satisfaction by adopting question- naire survey method with Stamps created rating scale. Results: Chinese nurses thought that payment was the most important factor influencing their job satis- faction, whereas Japanese nurses thought that interpersonal relationship was the most important factor influencing their job satisfaction. The average scores of job satisfaction of nurses from both countries were low, that were 147.3 ± 33.7 for Chinese nurses and 144.4 ± 26.0 for Japanese nurses respectively. There was no statistical significant difference between them. The scores of occupation value and relationship between nurses from both countries were higher. However, the scores of payment, institutions and policies, work sovereignty and professional contents of nurses from both countries were lower. The score of doctor - nurse relationship of Chinese nurses was higher than that of Japanese nurses. But the scores of institutions and policies, work sovereignty of Chinese nurses were lower than that of Japanese nurses. The score of job satisfaction of Chinese nurses aged 30 to 40 years old was the lowest. However, there was little correlation between job satisfaction and age for Japanese nurses.
