摘要
在分析复摆颚式破碎机运行方式的基础上,提出了双腔颚式破碎机的概念。双腔颚式破碎机有2个破碎腔,可在双工作行程状态下运行,不存在空行程的能量消耗,因此,处理能力大幅度提高,单位功率大幅度下降,金属单耗也明显降低。
By analysing the operation patterns of compound pendelium jaw crushers, the author gives a new concept about double cavity jaw crushers. The crushers have 2 crushing cavities, which can operate at double driving stroke. Due to their no energy consumption for idle stroke, their thronghput capacity is greatly increased and their unit power and metal losses are obviously reduced.
