摘要
通过改进浮选工艺、提高磨矿粒度、添加调整剂,改善了低品位雄黄矿的浮选效果,实验室试验结果表明,对于含砷488%的原矿,菜油作捕收剂、2号油作起泡剂,经一粗二精闭路流程选别,可获得含AsS9077%的雄黄精矿。生产实践表明,对于含砷546%的原矿,在磨矿粒度-0075mm粒级占65%,菜油30g/t,2号油15g/t条件下,经一粗二精流程选别,可获得含AsS9020%的雄黄精矿,回收率为65%。
Good flotation results of lowgrade realgar have been obtained by improving flotation technigues, increasing grind and adding modifying agent. The laboratory test results show that realgar concentrate containing 9077% AsS can be obtained by separating feed containing 488% As by one stage of roughing and 2 stages of cleaning using rapeseed oil as collector and pine oil as frothering agent. In production practice, realgar concentrate containing 9020% AsS can be obtained by separating feed containing 546% As by one stage of roughing and two stages of cleaning at a grind of 65 percent minus 0075 mm, doses of 30 g/t of rapeseed oil and 15 g/t of pine oil, and a recovery of 65%.
