摘要
以两性捕收剂6RO12为捕收剂、具有R—PO3结构的药剂TXD为抑制剂,采用具有特色的浮选工艺流程,浮选萤石纯矿物和天然萤石矿石。结果表明,对于含CaF23025%,CaCO3212%,SiO23620%,Fe2O31018%的原矿,可获得含CaF29735%,SiO2158%,CaCO3043%的萤石精矿CaF2回收率为6860%。
6RO12 is an amphoteric collector and TXD is a reagent with RPO3 structure. Flotation separation of pure fluorite mineral and natural flourite mineral is conducted by a special flotation flowsheet using 6RO12 as collector and TXD as depressant. The results show that fluorite concentrate containing 9735% CaF2, 158% SiO2 and 043% CaCO3 can be obtained using feed containing 3025% CaF2, 212% CaCO3, 362% SiO2 1018% Fe2O3, with a CaF2 recovery of 6860%.
