摘要
贫化电炉熔池内炉渣运动对炉子的热效率、有价金属的回收及使用寿命有重要影响。开发出圆柱坐标下kε方程模型流场计算程序,介绍了电磁力的计算方法,求解得炉渣的流速分布。计算结果表明:不同水平截面流场分布不同,在炉渣表层形成6个小旋涡,在电极插入深度以下区域水平截面形成一个大的循环流动,在纵截面每个电极附近形成2个大的循环流动。其结果与模型试验结果相吻合。
The flowing of slag in molten bath of an electric cleaning furnace has important effects on heat efficiency, the recovery of valuable metals and the life of a furnace. The authors have developed the calculation program for kε model flow field under the cylindrical coordinate system, described the calculation methods of electromagnetic force and obtained the flow velocity distribution of slag. The calculated results show that flow distributions on horizontal sections at different levels are not identical. There are six eddies in the surface layer of slag. A large circulation flow is formed on the horizontal section at the level below which electrodes are inserted. There are two large circulation flows near each electrode on the longitudinal sections. The results are in accordance with the results obtained by hydrodynamic model test of a slag-cleaning electric furnace.
