振动消应技术在广州新电视塔Q390GJC冷成型钢管中的应用

摘要 以广州新电视塔材质为Q390GJC的冷成型钢管消应处理为例,详细介绍了Q390GJC冷成型钢管振动消应工艺、盲孔法检测残余应力的方法及应用技术。共进行了7根钢管的振动消应试验,对其中4根钢管的残余应力进行测量,同时对盲孔法专用参数值进行标定,并对振动前后的残余应力变化进行了比较。试验结果表明,采用配重悬挂的7根钢管振动时效试验均符合技术标准。 Vibration eliminating stress technology and blind-hole method were introduced in this paper, which were used in Q390GJC cold-forming steel pipes of Guangzhou New TV Tower. Seven steel pipes were tested by vibration eliminating stress technology, and residual stress of four steel pipes among them were measured. At the same time, special parameters of blind-hole method were calibrated, and residual stress before and after vibrating were compared. The vibration aging test results prove that all the seven steel pipes with suspended counterweight reach technology standard.
