摘要
针对广州珠江新城西塔结构的施工特点,塔吊支承架设计是保障施工安全的重要前提。经大量计算分析,指出确定塔吊支承架结构荷载工况必须考虑的3个要素:注意塔吊竖向荷载在支承架结构4个支点上的不均匀分配,考虑塔臂方位的变化,要把塔吊的"工作状态"与"停工状态"同等对待,因为支承架结构中某些构件的控制工况可能发生在"停工状态"。另外,基于塔吊的安全性在施工过程中的突出地位,提出了在灾害环境下支承架结构不能发生"高空倒塌"的设计原则。
Based on construction characteristics of Guangzhou Pearl River New Town West-tower , supported frame for tower crane is one of key guarantee preconditions of construction safety. When designing the supported frame for tower crane, the following three main aspects have to be considered. First, the nonuniform vertical load at the locations where the supported structure sustains the tower crane must be involved in the analysis. Secondly, it is essential to alter the orientation of the crane arm which induces the worst load case. Lastly, the same components may be governed by the load cases which occurred when the tower crane is out of service probably. Moreover, it is expected that the supported frame for tower crane must be sure no collapse down under the extreme load condition.
