摘要
中山博览中心钢屋盖为大跨度平面钢管桁架结构,整个屋盖通过铸钢支座固定在大钢柱或钢筋混凝土柱上。由于桁架跨度大、高空作业多、工期短,施工难度较大。结合施工难点,介绍了综合展厅钢结构工程施工中大型组合钢柱、大跨度平面桁架的拼装和吊装施工技术,总结了大跨度管桁架结构施工经验,保证了顺利完成施工。
Large-span plane steel pipe truss structure was used in Integrative Exhibition Hall of Zhongshan Expo Center, which was located on large steel columns or reinforced concrete columns through cast steel pedestals. It was difficult to construct because of large span, lots of high altitude work and short construction period. Based on the difficulties, assembly and hoisting technology of large-scale combined steel columns and large-span plane truss were introduced, and construction experiences of large-span steel pipe truss structure in the conference and exhibition hall were summarized to ensure smooth construction.
