Integrated Construction Technology of Steel Structure in Zhongshan Expo Center

摘要 中山博览中心屋盖为大跨度空间钢管桁架结构,其巨型钢管格构柱对定位要求高,屋顶钢管桁架节点加工难度大,桁架跨度大、断面高,吊装及高空作业困难,节点焊接难度大,测量控制困难。在施工过程中采用若干关键施工技术,主要包括桁架局部扩大节点加工、大跨度桁架逐段累积滑移、钢管相贯隐蔽焊缝处理、钢结构固定安全操作架等技术。 Large-span spacial steel-pipe tress was used in roof of Zhongshan Expo Center. There were some difficulties during construction, such as high requirements of huge steel-pipe lattice colmnn on its location, difficult making of steel-pipe truss joints on roof, difficult hoisting and high altitude working caused by largo span and high section, difficult joints of welding, as well as difficult measurements and control. The key construction technologies of steel structure were adopted in Zhongshan Expo Center, including truss local expansion joints making, large-span tress multi-sections accumulation sliding, steel-pipe concealed intersecting welding treatment and steel structure frxed safe operating frame, etc.
