摘要
首都机场A380大型机库屋盖采用了整体提升的施工技术。该工程整体提升关键技术创新点主要包括采用逐点失效准则进行支撑系统和提升设备荷载工况计算;采用钢屋盖结构、提升设备和提升支撑系统一体化建模进行提升工况分析;采用位置同步和载荷分配相结合的控制方案进行多组、多点同步控制提升;采用实时监测技术进行屋盖钢结构提升施工应力监控。
Integral lifting technology was used in A380 hangar roof of Capital Airport. Supporting system and lifting equipment load cases were calculated with gradual failure criterion. Lifting cases were analyzed with steel roof, lifting equipment and system integrative modeling method. Roof structure was synchronous control lifted by multi-group and multi-point method with combination scheme of position synchronization and load distribution. Stress of steel roof structure was monitored with real-time monitoring technology during lifting. All the technologies mentioned are key innovative points of integral lifting technology.
