摘要
天津慈海桥摩天轮工程中,水上型钢箱柱体人字塔架截面大、高度高、质量大,吊装焊接施工困难。采用分段整体吊装、空中组焊的方法成功完成人字塔架安装,介绍了具体施工流程和安装施工中采取的主要措施。最后对塔架合拢后轮轴梁和塔顶位移进行监测。结果标明,位移精度满足要求,证明了该方法切实可行。
Section steel box-column water herringbone tower was used in giant wheel of Tianjin Cihai Bridge. The herringbone tower is difficult to lift and weld because of its large cross section, high altitude and heavy weight. Integral multi-section lifting with high-altitude welding method was adopted to install herringbone tower. Construction process and measures were introduced. Displacement of axle wheel and top tower were monitored after the tower closure. The results show that the displacement can reach the requirements, and the installation method is feasible.
