Installation Technology of PTFE Acoustics Ceiling Membrane in National Stadium

国家体育场PTFE声学吊顶膜数量多、面积大、形状各异、工期紧张且质量要求高,吊顶膜安装存在一定难度。针对施工难点,设计了合理的膜安装节点,制定了膜单元地面展开,然后预张拉、进行滑轮多吊点人工吊装,之后施加预应力,最后进行膜面清理的施工方案。同时给出了膜安装过程中的质量和安全控制措施。本措施安装速度快、操作工艺简单、安装区域灵活、安装费用低、安全风险小,保证了工程质量和工期符合标准要求。

There were many difficulties in PTFE acoustics ceiling membrane installation of National Stadium, such as large quantities and area, different membrane shapes, short construction period and high quality requirements. According to the difficulties, membrane installation joints and construction scheme were designed. The construction scheme was to expand the membrane first, then pre-tension and manual hoist at several points by pulleys, add prestress loads and clear the membrane at last. Further quality and safety control measures were given. Advantages of the measure ensured construction quality and period reaching codes requirements, including quick installation, simple operation technology, flexible installation area, low cost and low safety risk.
