摘要 济南奥体中心体育馆采用大跨度弦支穹顶结构。结合工程结构特点,对张拉方案进行优化比选,最终确定选择径向钢拉杆张拉法进行预应力拉索施工。在结构进行正式张拉前,采用虚拟张拉技术进行施工全过程的模拟分析。同时根据施工现场情况,详细阐述了拉索安装和张拉的施工要点,并对张拉设备进行了创新设计。索力监测结果和撑杆垂直度均满足规范要求。 Large-span suspended-dome was adopted in Ji'nan Olympic Center Gymnasium. Based on structural characteristics, tension schemes were compared optimally to select radial steel pull rod tension method at last during the construction of prestressed cables. Before structural tension, simulation analysis of the whole procedure for construction was done by virtual tension technology. Besides, the installation and tension of cables were introduced in detail according to on-site construction conditions, and tension equipments were innovatively designed. The monitoring results of eagle forces and verticality of struts can satisfy the code rules.
