摘要
EM法是一种新型的用于测量索张力的理论方法。基于铁磁材料的磁弹性能,阐述磁弹法测量索力的基本原理,自主研发的磁通量传感器由测量仪、双线圈传感器和索力测试软件组成。介绍将其应用于航海博物馆、广东省博物馆、南京新会展中心和天津滨海国际会展中心工程的索力监测控制。试验以及监测结果表明,该方法可以方便快捷、准确的测定索在张拉过程中的索力,具有较好的稳定性和可重复性,满足施工过程和使用过程监测的要求。
EM method is a new type of cable tension measurement method. Based on magneto elasticity performance of ferromagnetic material, basic principles of cable measurement with EM (elasticity magneto) method are introduced. EM sensor by independent development is composed of measuring instrument, two-coil sensor and monitoring soft about cable tension. The EM sensor is applied in the cable tension monitoring control of China Navigation Museum, Guangdong Museum, Nanjing New Conference and Exhibition Center and Tianjin Binhai International Convention & Exhibition Center. The test and monitoring results present that this method with stability and repeatability can be accurately used to monitor cable tension during tension process, which may satisfy the requirements of the monitoring of construction and using process.
