北京国贸三期A阶段主塔楼工程避难层桁架制作技术

摘要 北京国贸三期是北京第一高层,其建筑造型及建筑功能需要与结构巧妙结合,其中避难层构件制作周期长、构件装配焊接次数多,是整个工程的关键环节。在施工中制定严格的施工工艺,采用PDCA循环,通过对出现的质量问题进行分析研究,采取针对性措施,提高了构件制作质量和效率。实践证明,采用的制作工艺保证了主要结构的质量。 As the highest building of Beijing, architectural modehng and function of Beijing Guomao Third Period Project need combining with its structure. In the project, fabrication of refuge-layer components is key step with characteristics of long produce period and lots of assembly and welding work. Fabrication quality and efficiency of components are improved by a series of measures, such as strict technologies during construction, PDCA circulating and pertinence measures adopted according to analysis of quality problems. It is proves that the fabrication technologies can ensure quality of main structure.
