摘要
广州珠江新城西塔主塔楼外筒X形节点钢柱端口对接中心控制点之间夹角面多而杂,定位困难。为保证现场钢柱对接精度,在安装前需对所有钢柱节点坐标进行测量,并用计算机建立标准模型,将实测构件关键点坐标与构件标准模型进行拟合对齐,得出定位偏差。介绍了测量验收的过程,并指出了定位偏差的产生原因及消除办法。实践证明,采用全站仪测量和计算机三维绘图相结合的测量验收方式可提高工作效率,提高构件检查精度。
The steel columns in main tower of Guangzhou Pearl River New Town West-tower were difficult to locate because of its complicated angle in X shaped joints. In order to guarantee jointing precision of steel columns, column joints coordinates were measured and standard model was set up by computer before steel column installation. Then fitted aligning coordinates of measured key points and that of standard model were compared to gain location deviation. Measurement acceptance process was introduced, furthermore, causes and eliminating methods of location deviation were proposed. It proves that measurement acceptance with combination method of total station measuring and three-dimensional drawing can improve work efficiency and checking precision of components.
