摘要
精索静脉曲张(VC)是男性泌尿生殖系统中常见的疾病之一,近年来精索静脉曲张对男性生育的影响越来越受重视。目前对精索静脉曲张致男性不育的机制已进行了不少研究,但其发病机制至今仍未完全阐明,可能通过睾丸微循环、血管活性物质、氧自由基、一氧化氮、缺氧、免疫及凋亡等多种途径共同作用。而且这些改变多不局限于一侧睾丸。因此探讨精索静脉曲张致男性不育的机制具有重要意义。本文对精索静脉曲张致不育机制的研究进展做一综述。
Varicocele is one of the most common diseases in the male reproductive system. More and more attention has been drawn to the influence of varicocele on male reproduction recently. Although many experiments and achievements have been made, the mechanism of infertility in varicocele patients has not yet been fully understood. The development of the disease might be related to many factors such as microcirculation of the testis, vasoactive substance, reactive oxygen species, nitric oxide, hypoxia, immuology and apoptosis. Mostly these changes are not confined to one testis. Thus, it is of great significance to investigate the mechanism of male infertility induced by varicocele. This article updates the studies on the mechanism of infertility in varicocele males.
