中国南方汉族IgA肾病患者FcαR1基因T56C多态性与肾脏病理损害的关系 被引量:2

The relationship between the pathologic damage of kidney and the polymorphism of FcαR1 gene T56C of IgA nephrotic patients in the southern Han nationality of China

摘要 目的研究中国南方汉族IgA肾病(IgAN)患者FcαR1基因T56C多态性与肾脏病理损害的关系。方法采集226例肾活检证实的IgAN患者血样,提取基因组DNA。用PCR产物直接测序法鉴定基因型,对肾脏小球指数、间质指数、血管指数及间质纤维评分并检验比较不同基因型组别各积分组的分布频率。结果56位点CC基因型患者小球指数(χ2=30.34,P=0.016)、间质指数(χ2=50.45,P<0.001)及血管指数(χ2=14.47,P=0.025)均趋更严重损害,间质纤维增生更明显(χ2=18.36,P=0.005)。结论FcαR1基因第一外显子C56T多态位点基因型与中国南方IgAN患者肾脏病理损伤程度相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the pathologic damage of kidney and the polymorphism of FcαR1 gene T56C in Han patients with IgA nephrotic (IgAN) of the southern of China. Methods Genomic DNA was extracted from blood samples of 226 IgAN patients verified by renal-biopsies. The genotypes were determined by PCR product direct method. GI glomerular index,interstitial in- dex, blood vessel index and interstitial fibre were graded to test different genotype group switch analysis of variance. Results The index of 56 site CC genotypes IgAN of GI glomerular index (χ^2 =30. 34,P =0. 016) ,interstitial index (χ^2= 50. 45 ,P 〈0. 001 ) and blood vessel index χ^2= 14.47 ,P = 0. 025 )inclined to more serious damage, and the fibre hyperplasia was different s ignificantly(χ^2 = 18.36 ,P = 0. 005 ). Conclusions The first exon polymorphism C56T of FcαR1 gene is associated with grades of pathologic damage of kidney of South-China IgAN.
