头皮巨大肿瘤的外科修复与重建

Surgical repair and reconstruction of giant tumors of the scalp

目的探索外科修复治疗头皮巨大肿瘤的理想方法。方法根据头皮肿瘤的病理性质选择不同的手术修复方法。结果26例头皮巨大肿瘤均完整切除病变，采用头皮扩张皮瓣、局部皮瓣或游离皮瓣移植修复，效果满意，随访6个月～6年，23例痊愈。2例复发再次手术，1例死亡。结论根据头皮肿瘤病理性质选择正确的术式是提高治疗头皮巨大肿瘤效果的关键。

Objective To investigate ideal surgical methods for repairing large area scalp defects as result of giant tumor removal, Methods Repaired 26 cases of large area scalp defects from the removal of the giant tumors, different surgical repair methods were used according to their pathological characteristics. Results After fully excising tumors, 26 cases were repaired with the expanded flaps, local scalp flaps and free flaps, The operative effects were satisfactory during 6 months to 6 years of the follow -ups. No recurrences were found in 23 cases, There were 2 cases of recurrences and therefore the operations were per- formed again, One case succeeded and the other failed and patient died. Conclusions The key to improve treatment on giant tumor of the scalp is to choose correct surgical excision and repair method according to pathological characteristic of tumor.
