后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术治疗肾囊肿36例分析

Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Unroofing and Decompression in the Management 36 Cases Reported of Renal Cysts

目的探讨后腹腔镜手术治疗肾囊肿的方法、疗效及复发原凶。方法36例肾囊肿患者均在全麻下行后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术，2例术巾改开放手术。结果36例手术均获成功，手术时间55（40—100）min，术中出血10（5～20）ml，住院时间为3～5d，无严重并发症，术后随访3—6个月2例复发。结论经后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术具有创伤小，恢复快，疼痛轻的优点，其疗效明显优丁开放性手术，是治疗肾囊肿的首选方式。

Objective To explore the techniques and efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic operations in the treatment of renal cysts and apply the principles of management. Methods 36 cases with renal cysts underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing and decompression. Results The operations were successfully accomplished in all of the 36 patients. The operation time was 40 - 100（ mean 55 ） minutes. The intraoperative blood loss was 5 -20（ mean 10）ml. The postoperative hospital stay was 3 - 5 days. All of the 36 cases had a followed up for 3 - 6 months,two（2） cases of recurrence were found. Conclusion The retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cysts unroofing has advantages of less trauma and pain and rapid recovery, so it is a safe and effective procedure for the management of renal cysts.
